Workfellow is a process-intelligence platform that combines task mining and process mining to show how work flows across business applications. It discovers and maps processes automatically, offers insight into tasks and team efficiency, provides KPI dashboards, automated insights and analysis of rework and process variants, and benchmarks teams against each other. Roles such as analyst and admin are configurable. According to the vendor, data is collected through a Work API without access to system event logs, and integrations exist with more than seventy applications.
Workfellow is based in Helsinki, Finland. In April 2024 it was acquired by ProcessMaker, a company in Durham, North Carolina, USA. The ultimate parent is therefore in the US, which is a CLOUD Act signal. The vendor describes the product as privacy-first and states that it does not require processing personal data. The public pages do not say where customer data is hosted. The software is proprietary.
