The setup can be adapted with no-code layouts, custom scripts and portals for customers, partners and vendors. It is used as an online service and belongs to the wider Zoho product family.
Zoho Corporation is based in Chennai, India, and is privately held, having grown without outside investment. According to its privacy policy, Zoho stores and processes data in the United States, the European Economic Area and other countries where it operates, with data centres in the EU and the US. Zoho's GDPR page says that when you request a data processing agreement, you should name the data centre in which your account was created. A European organisation should therefore confirm which data centre its account uses and record how transfers and access from outside the EU are handled.
