Zoho Forms is a no-code online form builder. Users create forms by drag and drop, or have Zoho's Zia AI generate a form from a description or from a PDF or photo. Forms can collect data offline, tag locations, scan QR codes and handle signatures and file uploads. Submissions can run through conditional logic and multi-level approvals, and there are integrations with apps such as Google Sheets, Slack and Zoho CRM. Zoho Forms is delivered as a cloud service.
Zoho Corporation is headquartered in Chennai, India, and is privately held without external investors. Zoho lists data centres in the United States, the European Union (through Zoho Corporation B.V. in Utrecht) and Australia. The Zoho Forms page itself does not state the location, so the region should be confirmed per account. Zoho states that Zoho Forms is GDPR compliant and that form data and AI-generated content stay within its own infrastructure and are not used to train external models. The product is not open source.
