Adobe Analytics is an analytics platform from Adobe that organisations use to collect data from digital customer interactions and turn it into actionable insights. According to Adobe, it centres on deep analysis, flexible reporting and predictive intelligence. Its documentation covers Analysis Workspace, Report Builder, Activity Map, data feeds and Data Warehouse, as well as importing external data. The platform is aimed mainly at online data from websites and mobile apps. Adobe provides it as a cloud service; there is no self-hosted edition.
Adobe is a US company, so the data falls under US jurisdiction, including the CLOUD Act. According to an answer in Adobe's user community, processing takes place in Core Sites in Oregon, London and Singapore; by default US customers are processed in Oregon and European customers in London. The Core Site cannot be configured, but data collection can be restricted to Edge sites in a preferred region. The product is not open source. Have the processing location confirmed in writing.
