Cal.com is a scheduling and booking platform that presents itself as scheduling infrastructure for businesses, products and public services. It offers booking links that can grow into multi-team systems, routing, recurring events, workflows, payments, video conferencing, embedding in your own products and an App Store of integrations. It is delivered as SaaS. A self-hostable version now exists only as a community edition.
In April 2026 Cal.com moved its production code from a public to a private repository, so the software is no longer open source. The public repository calcom/cal.diy now holds the community version, Cal.diy, under the MIT licence, without commercial features such as organisations and teams, routing forms, workflows and SAML/SSO. The company says it has no physical headquarters and works fully distributed. Its separate EU-hosted service, Cal.eu, closes on 1 November 2026; for the international platform, Cal.com does not state a hosting region.
