Timify is a German company based in Munich and founded in 2012. The software runs on Amazon Web Services. According to Timify, the data of European customers is stored only on AWS servers in the EU and is not replicated to servers outside the EU. The company itself is German, but the hosting platform belongs to a US provider, which some organisations take into account in their CLOUD Act assessment. The software is not open source.
