Redpoint Global's rgOne is a customer data platform for data, IT, marketing and advertising teams. It covers data ingestion and quality, identity resolution, profile unification, dynamic segmentation, orchestration and real-time decisioning, and includes Redpoint Identity Studio, a Snowflake-native identity resolution component. According to the vendor, the software can be run self-hosted, in the customer's own cloud, or as SaaS.
Redpoint Global Inc. is a US company, so a European organisation using it falls under US jurisdiction, including the CLOUD Act, whenever Redpoint operates the service. Redpoint's published subprocessor list names Microsoft Azure, AWS and Snowflake as infrastructure providers, with data stored primarily in the US and the UK. The product is proprietary, not open source. Running it self-hosted or in your own cloud account gives you more control over where data resides, but the software supplier and its support access remain subject to US law, which is worth checking in the contract.
