Zoho Vault is a cloud-based password and access management service from Zoho. Teams store passwords, passkeys, cards, notes and secrets and share them with granular access levels, time-based visibility and emergency access. It also offers real-time audit trails, password health tracking, alerts on suspicious activity, single sign-on and automatic backups. The service is available as iOS and Android apps, a Microsoft app and browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari, among others. According to Zoho, encryption and decryption take place in the browser and the server stores only encrypted data.

Zoho Corporation is a privately held company headquartered in Chennai, India, with a US presence in Texas. Zoho Vault runs in data centres in the United States, the Netherlands, Ireland, India, China and Australia. The data centre is assigned by default based on the IP address of the user; a change is requested by email. A European organisation can therefore opt for a European region, but should check the assignment actively. The software is not open source.
