Uniphore CDP Agent, formerly sold as ActionIQ, is a composable customer data platform for larger organisations. It connects to customer data that an organisation already holds, resolves identities across anonymous and known customers, builds AI-assisted audiences, orchestrates customer journeys and includes built-in analytics dashboards. According to the vendor, it uses a hybrid, zero-copy, composable architecture, so data in an existing data warehouse can be used without being copied or migrated. The product is delivered as a vendor-operated enterprise platform and integrates with data warehouses and marketing tools.
Uniphore acquired ActionIQ in December 2024 and now sells the product under its own name; the former ActionIQ website no longer exists. Uniphore is a US company that issues its announcements from Palo Alto, California. It therefore falls under US jurisdiction, including the CLOUD Act, regardless of where data is stored. The product page does not state hosting regions, and the product is not open source. Because of the zero-copy design, the location of the underlying data largely depends on your own data warehouse.
