It is delivered as a cloud service hosted by the vendor.

The vendor states that its data centres are located in the United States, Europe, India and Australia, with multiple hosting locations available on appropriate plans. Choosing Europe keeps the data in the EU, but the provider remains US-headquartered, and it says it participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and uses Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers. US legal access, such as under the CLOUD Act, can therefore be relevant for a European organisation. The software is not open source.
