Perfex CRM is customer relationship management software for small businesses and freelancers. It combines lead management on a Kanban board with customers, contracts and surveys, project management with task tracking and time and expense logging, invoicing with recurring invoices, estimates and proposals, a ticket system with a knowledge base, and reports with custom fields. Customers can pay through PayPal and Stripe, among others. Perfex CRM is not offered as a hosted service: the product is sold through the CodeCanyon marketplace and installed by the buyer on their own web hosting, using a MySQL database.

Because the application runs on your own server, the organisation chooses the hosting provider and region and keeps control over where the data is stored. A European organisation can therefore host the system entirely in the EU. The licence is commercial: according to the vendor's FAQ, a licence covers a single end product, and Perfex CRM may not be used as a SaaS application.
