Qisutu is an open-source ticket system for help desks and service desks. It combines ticket management, a customer portal, email processing, automation, a knowledge base, a CMDB, reporting and a REST API in one web-based application. It is aimed at IT departments, support teams and service providers that want to handle requests centrally and monitor service deadlines. The software is built on Perl and MariaDB or MySQL and is delivered as server software that you install on your own Linux server; the interface is multilingual, including Dutch.
Qisutu is developed by the maker, a sole-trader business based in Carros, France. The source code is released under the AGPL-3.0-or-later licence and is also published in Germany's OpenCoDE software directory. Besides self-installation, the maker offers managed hosting; the pages consulted do not state where that hosting takes place. When you operate it yourself, all ticket data stays on your own infrastructure.
