TALKR.ai is a platform for conversational AI agents that handle customer interactions by voice and text. It offers callbots for inbound and outbound calls, a website chatbot with a knowledge base, and agents for SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Business and Messenger. Agents are designed in a no-code studio, can hand over to a human adviser and connect to CRM, telephony and ERP systems through native connectors and an open API. It works with several language models of the customer's choice and supports over 30 languages.
The software is published by Nova Solutions Groupe Sarl, based in Paris; the product was earlier developed under the name Kwalys. No foreign parent is named, although the vendor lists offices in several countries, including Canada and the United States. According to the vendor, all data is hosted in France (or in the project's country), with encryption, configurable retention periods and a data processing agreement on request. Private-cloud and on-premise deployments are also offered. A language model chosen for an agent may come from a non-European company, so check where it runs.
