Ivanti ITSM is the IT service management module of Ivanti's service management suite. The package includes a self-service portal, incident, problem, change, release, request and event management, configuration and knowledge management, service-level management and dashboards. IT Asset Management covers the lifecycle of hardware and software, including vendors, contracts, procurement and stock, together with discovery of devices and software. Analyst AI Assist helps with tasks such as classifying and summarising tickets. It all runs on the Neurons platform, Ivanti's cloud platform, and an ESM package extends it to areas such as HR and facilities.
Ivanti is owned by investors including Clearlake Capital. For Neurons cloud services, Ivanti offers an EU region for customers who want their data hosted inside the EU. The sources consulted do not describe whether ITSM is also available on-premises. The software is proprietary and not open source. A European organisation can specify in the contract which region is used and which Ivanti entity provides the service.
