GestSup: sovereignty score and 8 European alternatives

GestSup is a web application for managing support tickets and equipment, aimed at the IT departments of companies and public bodies. Requesters create tickets through the application or by email. Ticket fields can be customised, functions you do not need can be switched off, and a connection to a company directory is optional. Statistics help follow the support team. There are plugins, a community forum and a demo. You install GestSup on your own network; the download page lists patches from 2026.

GestSup is free software. According to the website's legal notice, it is published by an individual developer in France rather than by a company. An external service provider separately sells SaaS hosting, support, installation and custom development. If you run the software yourself, tickets and inventory data stay on your own servers and are not sent to its maker.
