Klaviyo CDP, formally the Klaviyo Data Platform (KDP), is the customer data platform built into Klaviyo's B2C CRM. It combines purchases, loyalty activity, subscriptions and onsite behaviour into a single profile per customer, with a flexible data model for things such as households, subscriptions and stores. Marketing and customer service teams use it to build audiences, apply predictions such as churn risk and expected customer value, and sync data with their data warehouse. It is delivered as SaaS with a no-code interface and prebuilt integrations.
Klaviyo is a publicly listed US company (NYSE) headquartered in Boston. Existing accounts are hosted in the US. Since 15 September 2026, eligible new customers can join EU Data Residency in limited availability, with an environment based in Germany; according to Klaviyo, migration of existing US accounts is on its roadmap. Even with EU hosting, the provider remains American, which is relevant for a CLOUD Act assessment.
